What could the Weirdo World be defined as? It is a world where we embrace the
weirdo inside of us. We relish in the peculiar characteristics that fit together like a puzzle to complete who we are. We are dreamers, rebels, misfits all perfectly packaged into one being because we refuse to conform to the norm. We have the courage to be unapologetically different. It is practically woven into our DNA to stand out and dream crazy dreams. We whole heartedly believe anything can be done no matter what level of crazy it may be at. Walt Disney is a prime example of what a member of the Weirdo World is like. He conjured up this outlandish idea of a talking mouse named Mortimer, later known as Mickey. What kind of person could possibly think of something like that? Only a weirdo could. He had an idea and did everything in his power to bring it to life, even when people around him thought his ideas were complete nonsense. His crazy ideas blossomed into something amazing and timeless that people all around the world recognize. If Walt Disney had confined to what the people around him deemed as the “norms” we would have no Disney anything. Being a weirdo is not bad. Being a weirdo is beautiful. Amazing things can come from a weirdo brain in a weirdo world. We weirdos have to keep pushing through the negativity that may cross our paths and let the negativity inspire our creativity and our passions more than ever. Comments are closed.
