Studies have shown that creating a vision board greatly increases the chances that you will achieve or obtain what ever it is that you put on your vision boards. Putting a vision board somewhere where you'll see it every day has been shown to trigger your subconscious mind and move you in the direction of whatever it is that you put on your board.
We have that same philosophy for our Vision Shirts! By consciously wearing your vision shirt to bed, we believe, it will help trigger your sleeping, unconscious mind to move you toward the direction of your goals!
The key is in the wording! Fill out your shirt using ONLY positive phrases. For example, instead of saying, "I won't be late to work any more." Use phrasing like, "I will be ON TIME for work." We want your mind to only focus on what it WANTS and avoid thoughts of what it doesn't want or what it's trying to change.
How to Use Your DOPE A$$ DREAM Vision Shirt:
- Write in your DOPE A$$ DREAM on the front of the T-shirt with the fabric marker provided.
- Fill out the back of the shirt with the steps you will take to accomplish your dream.
- This shirt should only be worn when working on your DOPE A$$ DREAM or at night time for bed.
- We do not recommend that you wear this in public or for any other activities that are not related to your dream.
- This is between you and the universe!
Care instructions: Turn shirt inside out. Wash warm with no fabric softener.
