Putting a vision board somewhere where you'll see it every day has been shown to trigger your subconscious mind and move you in the direction of whatever it is that you put on your board.
We have that same philosophy for our Vision Shirts! By consciously wearing your vision shirt to bed, we believe, it will help trigger your sleeping, unconscious mind to move you toward the direction of your goals!
The key is in the wording! Fill out your shirt using ONLY positive phrases. For example, instead of saying, "I won't be late to work any more." Use phrasing like, "I will be ON TIME for work."
